Please read all of these instructions carefully.

• In this section, there will be 16 multiple-choice questions, and you will be presented with an underlined word either in a sentence or by itself. For each question, you will be asked to select a word that has a similar or opposite meaning to the underlined word.


• While this practice test is not timed, you should not spend too much time on a question. If you are not certain of the answer, answer it the best you can and go on to the next question.
  
  
• Once you start this section of the test, you will not be able to pause it. In addition, you must complete every section of this practice test (i.e., Word Knowledge, Arithmetic Reasoning, Paragraph Comprehension, and Mathematics Knowledge) to see your predicted AFQT score.
